The Dredging Corporation of India Ltd is Headquartered in Visakhapatnam, AP and offers a complete range of dredging and maritime services to ensure the continuous availability of desired depths in the shipping channels of the major and minor ports, for all maritime organizations including the Indian Navy. The organization spread across 10-12 port cities across India, wanted to implement an e-office solution within the organization for their official works for better transparency.

The recent tryst with recurrent pandemics, infection risk due to repeated handling of paper documents, and the focus on Go Green initiatives is mandating governments, semi-governments, social bodies, banks, and PSU organizations to look for Digital alternatives.

Misplaced paper documents and files as well as lack of transparency, accountability and traceability are all demanding Digital transition and a change in the protocols in which enterprise functions move towards a paperless Digital Office model.

Towards these solution objectives, NP has recently implemented a comprehensive e-Office solution for DCIL. Through our system file movement in the desired hierarchy becomes possible digitally. The system also keeps track of all file movements and allows members at each stage to edit/comment and view such movements for 100% transparency.
