Central Board of Direct Taxes

In partnership with Hewlett Packard Education, NetProphets was brought on to design and develop a Learning Management platform for over 5000 employees at the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). The Department had recognised a need for upskilling across designations and had commissioned both textual and video materials that needed to be distributed and managed as per role.

The objective of this LMS is to ensure designation-appropriate skill upliftment. Our task was also to assess and manage their training needs and recommend programs in order to bring them to speed.

The System Features include:

• Managed hosting to handle 5000 user-concurrency.
• Integration into the department HRMS.
• Creation of Roles-based dashboards and content access for 6 types of users.
• SCORM-compliant course content.
• Mapping of course as per user type and skill level.
• Details MIS reporting as required by management.
