Creating vocational skills

We are empanelled partners in the DDU-GKY Scheme, and are setting up vocational skill training centres for the State of Madhya Pradesh.

Bridging the Gap between Government-Rural Youth aspirations:

So, while we have on one side -The Government of India - who have the resources and funds but do not have the expertise, experienced manpower, systems, processes in place, we have on other side - The Rural poor, who are young energetic, looking for job employment, training, education but are not equipped since centres, modes, processes, funds, guidance are not available to them.

The Private Sector, with corporations like Netprophets Cyberworks Pvt Ltd. have the intention, willingness, know-how and the means to be a part of such” social welfare projects.” The goal is to partner the Govt. of India and work with them at the State level so as to uplift the under privileged communities and train and upskill them in order to mainstream them towards opportunities for a better life.

Let’s take a step few years back when the new regime/Government took over under the Leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, probably one the major winning stroke was his rhetoric was “Skill India Mission” wherein the idea was to train approx. 500 million in next 5 -10 years. And thus, schemes were floated with the Public private partnership modes. Now with Covid 19 lockdown and economy as well as the Industries have taken a hit but also the Economy has gone in to a slow down mode, requiring more push for Training and Employment generation.

Thus we are seeing as a Golden opportunity to not only to give back the Society something they require( and we owe) but also garner “ business interest with revenue generation”.

Grameen Kausalya Yojana or DDU-GKY is a Government of India youth employment scheme. It was launched on 25 September 2014 by Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari and Venkaiah Naidu on the occasion of 98th birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.
