OVERVIEW

The State of Madhya Pradesh was looking to optimise its fund dispersement model to primary schools run by the State Govt. the first step towards this goal was to assess and understand the prevailing conditions of these schools. Hence, we were commissioned to create a School Assessment system around specified parameters.

OBJECTIVE

Assessment of 25,000 govt. owned Primary schools:

Assessment parameters were:

• Internal Assessment.
• External Assessment.
• Improvement Plan.
• Dependencies for Improvement.
• Follow-up of Improvement Plan.
• Re-assessment.
• Repeat cycle every year.

SOLUTION

• Data capture through Web, Excel Sheets upload, Mobile Phone and Tablets.
• Alerts; Notifications and Assessment Dashboards.
• Capturing improvement Plans, upcoming Event, etc.
• Access Control at all levels from State to School.
• Data Integration with MHRD.
• Multi-Lingual.
