Project Planning
NetProphets employs strong relationship managers who can be engaged towards understanding and documentation of technical specifications, system workflows and other plans documentation.

Project Management
The experience levels of our Project Management and System Architecture teams range from 7 years+. Combined these teams bring a formidable level of both programming and project understanding to take our projects conception to final successful deployments.

Projects are managed using Microsoft tools as well as in-house tool, called LifeLineT.

Quality Assurance
NetProphets deploys both in-house capabilities as well as an outsourced specialized facility towards Unit and GUI testing.

Integration testing always takes place internally, where our Project Managers spearhead this QA procedure on the basis of the desired workflows and outcomes set out in the planning.

User Assessments begin post handover of our Beta version. Clients are given a timeframe between which they are expected to perform functional tests.

All test cases are documented, each case closed and reported with version rollouts during the UAT phase.

Communication

For overseas clients, sensitive towards constant communication we have found that the following levels of communication keep up project momentum and allow for maximum input and feedback from our clients:

• Weekly telephone reviews over the phone.
• Webex type sharing of PCs, where NetProphets has licenses for such software.
• Email, where project managers share a MPP with the client and keeps track and provides project summaries over email.
• Internet Messenger. This is instant way of speaking between project representatives and typically these are scheduled discussions with fixed agendas, whenever required.
