NP provides call center support as an outsourced service to clients who with to engage with us on a turn-key basis: from solution deployment, process management and customer calling.
Our call center is both onsite as well as offsite, and is offered on a per seat basis, for both outbound and inbound calling.
Customers who typically like to use this value-added feature are those who are our clients for our software solutions and wish to back this up with the call support as a 360 degree engagement.
We don't therefore do large scale call-center services, but 1-5 seats per client on either B2B programs or for higher value management programs.
