Mahesh has over 14 years of strategic marketing, brand management, communications and operations experience across Consulting, FMCG, Internet and Hotel industries.

His operations and brand management experience started post a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, with the FMCG industry - at Procter & Gamble and Perfetti, and later with Accenture as a consultant on strategic marketing and branding projects.

Mahesh brings together strategic as well as operational skills through his consulting assignments, and operational and senior management roles. Prior to starting InSync CRM, he held a corporate marketing role as the Vice President - Brand Management, Oberoi Group of Hotels, where he managed the marketing and brand portfolio.

Insync CRM was the result of Mahesh's customer marketing background and a penchant for exploring enabling technologies.
